About Our Participants
Goodwill's Job Development and Placement Service participants come to us will various abilities and skills, which are carefully and thoroughly determined using various methods, including computerized skills assessment. These special people come to us from very diverse backgrounds, experiences and educational levels. But they all have one thing in common: they want to work. And work hard, so they can make the transition to independence that we as Americans value so much.
