Requirements:
Requires a minimum of 2+ years’ work experience in case management, counseling or working with persons with disabilities. Knowledge of rehabilitation and counseling matters. Must have analytical skills and ability to write reports. Computer literate (Word, Excel and Power Point). Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Creole preferred. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
Notes:
Must have good reading, writing, and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with participants, employers and other professionals.
Job Description:
Insures all program functions are achieved on time and in an efficient manner. Maintains all participant files to insure contract compliance, opens and closes all participant files as required to meet program objectives.
Track and generate statistical reports and monthly billing in a timely manner.
Assists with and provide staff training to ensure program contract compliance. Generates Program referrals to meet service needs. Monitor staff production quality and quantity to ensure program goals are reached. Assign staff caseloads as needed to meet program objectives.
