Requirements:
Associates Degree or equivalent years of college preferred. At least two years supervisory experience in a fast-paced production environment is required, preferably in a newspaper packaging operation.
Notes:
Excellent communication skills in English a must. Spanish bilingual highly desired.
Job Description:
Oversees all production operations on their assigned shifts. Supervises and directs shift activities of Preprint Packaging operation. Makes personnel assignments ensuring production goals and quality standards are met or exceeded. Evaluates operation processes. Recommends and coordinates needed changes.
Evaluates production requirements.
