Requirements
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation, Psychology, Education, Counseling or related discipline. 2 yrs. experience in Case Management, Counseling, or Education. Fluent in English, Spanish highly desirable.

Job Description
Provides counseling services on an on-going basis in the areas of personal and social adjustments, training, work habits, attitudes, productivity, and values as it relates to overall rehabilitation of participants. Responsible for documentation, progress reports, case notes, performance evaluations, case review, etc. Responsible to generate case load statistical reports.
